Terms of service
These terms cover the use of Plikli, a hosted CMS for blogs and media sites, provided by Novatise Pte Ltd (UEN 201436033C), 11 Beach Road, #03-01, Singapore 189675 (“we”).
1. The service
Plikli lets you create and run websites. There is one plan, billed monthly per site. New sites get a 14-day trial of every feature without a card. The service is available immediately after sign-up.
2. Accounts
You must be 18 or older to use Plikli. You are responsible for your account, its sign-in details and what is published on your sites.
3. Plans, payment and tax
Prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars or Japanese yen. The plan is billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Payment is by card through Stripe (once billing is live), charged at sign-up or upgrade and at each renewal. Prices in yen include Japanese consumption tax; prices in US dollars are before any applicable taxes. Beyond the plan price, the only costs are your own internet and communication charges.
4. Cancellation, refunds and your data
You can cancel at any time. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. There are no refunds for partial periods, except where your local consumer law requires otherwise. When a plan ends, the site stays online read-only and is suspended after 14 days. You can export each site as a ZIP. If you close your account, its data is deleted within 30 days.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Plikli for:
- illegal content or activity
- adult or sexual content
- malware, phishing or spam
- infringing other people’s rights
- harassment or hate
- attempting to breach security or overload the service
We may suspend or remove content or accounts that break these rules.
6. Warranty and liability
The service is provided “as is”. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, except where your local law does not allow liability to be limited.
7. Governing law and contact
If you live in Singapore, the United States or Japan, the law of your country of residence applies and its courts have jurisdiction. Otherwise, Singapore law applies. Contact: https://novatise.com/contact
