I moved your topic to Plikli Customization because Google Analytics is not a component of Plikli CMS, therefore your post is not considered as support!

Your best option is to use the Snippets Module that is included with Plikli in the /modules/ folder.

1- Go to Dashboard -> Modules -> Uninstalled Modules and install the snippets module
2- A link to the snippet module's settings will appear in the left sidebar under Modules. Click on it
3- Click "Add New" and give the snippet a name (like Analytics)
4- Select a Location: I believe that the Google analytics script should be loaded before the Body end tag, so select from the location dropdown
tpl_plikli_body_end - Before </body> tag
5- In the content, make sure that the script code is wrapped with {literal} {/literal} like so:
{literal}THE GOOGLE ANALYTICS SCRIPT GOES HERE {/literal}

6- And finally, make sure the the Google analytics script is on one line. You have to remove the line breaks and make all the script as one line.

Let me know how it goes.

Remember this is a customization request and I cannot guarantee that I can answer questions about it in a timely manner. Priority is for Plikli components!

Have you tried as below:

Go to your dashboard.
Select Template.
Select Template Editor.
From dropdown menu choose '../templates/bootstrap/meta.tpl' and then clik Open button.
Place your analytics code before meta.tpl tag.

Good luck !

Your solution will get wiped out when the CMS is updated!

Creating a snippet in the snippets module will remain after the CMS is updated!
