Martin WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU!!!!
You posted this topic in the Modules forum! Is it relevant to Modules? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Why do you not read the instructions and and the notes on each forum. I made them styled and more visible because of you! All your topics were posted in the wrong forums and I had to move them to the appropriate ones, as if it is not enough that none of your topics included a proper question and the information required from you to provide and a proper explanation of the issue you are having!!!
This is the last strike and warning. If you wish to continue being a user of this Community and get support, you have to abide by the rules!!!
In previous posts, I ask you many questions and yet you did not answer them!
1- Have you renamed the htaccess.deffault to .htaccess ???
2- You site is on the public_html root. Ths means your .htaccess file does not need editing, except if you want it to to always have www. Apparently, the https is set and your site is always redirected to https.
Provide all the information and answer all the questions to get support. Otherwise, you are on your own!!!!!

What did I ask you in the previous reply???
"1- Have you renamed the htaccess.deffault to .htaccess ???"
IT SAYS .HTACCESS.
. AS IN DOT
THE NAME MUST BE ".htaccess"
I you have renamed it correctly and you have SEO URL Method 2, it should at least work!!!
So, now tell me exactly what is the name of the file, does it have a "dot" before the name and no fie extension????/

There is something wrong!
Read carefully what I want you to do.
Open .htaccess and copy all its content. Go to your profile and send me a private message after you paste the content you copied.
This issue took so long to resolve and yet I have no clue as to what you have done.
I will repeat again, if you have renamed htaccess.default to .htaccess it MUST WORK. Your URLs are SEO method 2, yet when you click on the links you get 404. That's because it is not finding .htaccess OR THE .HTACCESS FILE IS NOT THE DEFAULT ONE THAT COMES WITH PLIKLI !!!
If you don't do what I asked you in my reply right before this one, it means that you don't like to abide by the rules of the forum or you you don't read the posts at all !!!
Just to show you how long you dragged this issue, here are also the posts from a previous topic you opened about the same issue, SINCE JUNE 25TH !!!
I KEPT ASKING YOU TO PROVIDE ALL THE INFORMATION AND YOU KEPT DRAGGING...
All your replies about these posts were vague and finally you did not answer the last one, but you created this topic instead with the same issue and went back to your old habits, dragging...
I am spending a lot of time just to answer you and request info from you that you are not providing.
This is the last warning. If you fail to provide what you are asked for, I will not provide you with any support anymore. ENOUGH!!!
Martin, I am really at the end of my ropes with you!!!!
I asked you to post here your solution and yet you just opened a new topic in Plikli customization forum!!! Man, do you really read anything at all???
Anyway, the .htaccess file that you providded is exactly the same as the one distributed with Plikli CMS. This is what I have been telling you from the beginning that this is the one that you MUST USE!!!
You opened 2 topics about the same subject and it took dozens of replies and explanation from my end for you to follow and yet you have done noting and just now you said your solution was to use the .htaccess file from Plikli...and this is what I have been telling you from the over two weeks!!!!
Final post about this issue.
USER DISREGARDED THE INSTRUCTIONS AND DRAGGED, TWO TOPICS ABOUT THE SAME SUBJECT, FOR TOO LONG.
HE ENDED UP USING THE HTACCESS THAT IS DISTRIBUTED WITH PLIKLI CMS AND THE ISSUE IS SOLVED.
